How the subscription works

When you choose Subscribe and Save at checkout, you are enrolling in a recurring monthly order. You save 20 percent off the one-time price on every shipment, for as long as you stay subscribed.

What you are authorising

By subscribing, you authorise Racette LLC (Steadwell) to charge your payment method automatically each month at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel. Standard shipping is free.

Billing schedule

Your first charge happens at checkout. Each subsequent charge happens on a monthly cycle from that date, until you skip, pause, or cancel.

Reminder before every charge

We email you before every renewal charge. There is no surprise billing. If your email address changes, update it from your account page so you keep receiving them.

Skip, pause, change or cancel at any time

You can skip a shipment, pause, change the delivery frequency, update your payment method, or cancel entirely at any time from your account page. It takes two clicks. There is no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee, and no phone call required.

Changes and cancellations take effect immediately for any charge that has not yet been processed. If you cancel after a charge has already gone through, that order will still ship, and it is still covered by our 60-day guarantee.

Price changes

If we ever change subscription pricing, we will email you before it applies to your subscription, giving you the chance to cancel first.

Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, we will retry a small number of times over the following days and email you. If it still fails, we will pause the subscription rather than keep charging.
