Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Standard shipping is free on every order, to both the United States and Canada. Any applicable duties or taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Once shipped, US orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Canadian orders may take longer depending on customs and carrier.

Subscription orders ship on the same schedule as your renewal date. You will get a reminder email before each charge, and tracking once it ships.

If your tracking has not updated or your package seems lost, email support@steadwellsupply.com and we will help track it down or make it right.
